These significantly improve planning accuracy and reduce back-and-forth communication: Cases will NOT be accepted or processed without the following: 1. Patient Information • Patient name • Age & Gender • Chief Complaint/ Patient main concern (Important) 2. Intraoral Scan / Impressions (Mandatory) • High-quality STL files (Upper & Lower arches) • Complete anatomical capture (no voids or distortions) • Proper bite registration (Please make sure the upper and lower are in correct occlusion.) 3. Clinical Photographs (Clear & Standardized) (Mandatory) Extraoral Photos Intraoral Photo 4. Radiographs (As Required Based on Case Complexity) OPG / Panoramic X-ray Lateral Cephalogram (for orthodontic planning) (Mandatory) IOPA (if indicated) (Non-Mandatory)  CBCT (mandatory for impacted teeth or complex case) (DICOM file format only. Output and save your CBCT in dicom (.dcm) before upload.) (Non-Mandatory)  5. Prescription Form (Mandatory) • Clear Treatment Goals (e.g. Overjet and Overbite goals, Midline correction (if required), crowding relief, spacing closure) • Missing Teeth,Implant, • Extraction Plan (if applicable) • IPR Plan (if applicable) and attachments preferences. • Previous dental history (e.g. Extractions done before,Prior Orthodontic Treatment/Extractions/IPR if done before /Bridges/RCT/Restorations/Implants/Veneers and any known TMJ/TMD issues.)   Quick Check List: Mandatory Patient Profile: Name, Age, Gender, and Chief Complaint. 3D Digital Records: High-quality STL files (Upper & Lower), Proper bite registration. Clinical Photography: All 4 Extraoral and 5 Intraoral photos as shown in the examples. Radiographs: Lateral Cephalogram is strictly required for orthodontic planning. Prescription: Clear treatment goals (Midline, Crowding, Spacing) and specific preferences for IPR or attachments. OPG/Panoramic X-ray: Standard for general assessment. Conditional CBCT (DICOM only): Mandatory only for impacted teeth or complex skeletal cases. IOPA: Only if specifically indicated for localized pathology. Tips: Scan Quality: "Complete anatomical capture" must include the molar retromolar pad and palatal vault to ensure appliance fit. Bite Registration: Scans should be exported in "multi-file STL" format rather than a single merged mesh, to allow software to manipulate the bite. Photography Standards: Photos should be taken using retractors and mirrors to match the high-quality examples provided in this doc.
