Top Tips for You
Rinse First
Always rinse your new aligners when you first take them out of the packaging.
Wear Time
Wear your aligners for at least 22 hours a day. Only take them out to eat, drink, and brush.
Diet Care
Always remove your aligners before eating. Do not consume hot beverages while wearing your aligners.
Follow Your Dentist
Only move on to the next set of aligners as instructed by your dentist.
How to Wear Your Aligners
Inserting
Check the Label
Look for "U" for Upper or "L" for Lower, followed by the stage number (e.g., U01).
Front to Back
Gently push the aligner over your front teeth first. Use your fingertips to apply even pressure to the back molars until it "snaps" into place.
Removing
Start at the Back
Reach to the inside (tongue side) of your back molars and use your fingertip to gently unhook the aligner.
Work Forward
Slowly move toward the front, prying it away gently with your fingertips.
iTracker & Attachments
iTracker
We use the iTracker AI system to keep your treatment on track without making you visit the dentist every week.
Weekly Scans: You will use your phone to take "smile selfies" through the app every week. Your doctor will review your photos to ensure your teeth are moving correctly.
Attachments
You may notice small, tooth-colored "dots" on your teeth.
These are attachments. They act like handles to help the aligner grip your teeth and move them exactly where they need to go.
If one falls off, contact your dentist immediately.
FAQ
Put on your previous set immediately and contact your dentist. Never go without an aligner!
You may feel some "tightness" with a new set. This is a sign your teeth are moving and is completely normal.
Only cool, plain water. Sugary or colored drinks can cause cavities or stain the aligner.
For optimal results, we recommend using the iTracker once per week to monitor your treatment progress and ensure everything is moving according to plan.
The iTracker is provided to patients as a complimentary loan during treatment. A refundable deposit is required prior to receiving the device.
If the iTracker is returned in good condition at the end of treatment, the full deposit will be refunded. In the event of loss, damage, or failure to return the device, the deposit will be used to cover the replacement or repair cost.

iAlign® should be used only under the supervision of a trained professional. If you experience severe pain, allergic reactions, or gum swelling, stop use and contact your dentist immediately.
